Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missing equipment and cleanliness concerns. This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide at Sri Krishna Party Rentals LLC.
Regarding the pickup delay, our schedules can occasionally shift due to multiple deliveries and pickups, but we understand that better communication would have been helpful.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our equipment inspections, order preparation, and customer communication. We value every customer and remain committed to providing reliable, quality service.

We were lucky to have found Sri and his company and they were extremely helpful and accommodating from the time we called for a quote to the end of the wedding. Throughout the process, we had numerous change orders and special requests for set up and Sri graciously helped with every request. We had 3 different set up times and he was on time for every one of them! He bought brand new table cloths and chaffers to ensure the wedding was beautifully decorated and even helped my aunt move some of her couches back to her living room at no additional cost! I will highly recommend Sri and his company for any event and will definitely hire him again in the future!

We had an amazing experience with this party rental company for my daughter's birthday! From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They answered all of our questions quickly and made the planning process so smooth.
We rented tables, chairs, a canopy, and a cotton candy machine, and everything was delivered on time, set up perfectly, and in excellent condition. They even helped us arrange for someone to serve cotton candy to the kids, which was such a wonderful touch and made the party even more special. The kids absolutely loved it!
Their attention to detail, reliability, and outstanding customer service exceeded our expectations. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the celebration without any stress.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality party rentals and exceptional service. Thank you for helping make my daughter's birthday such a fun and memorable day—we'll definitely be using your services again!
