Pt was so unprofessional. She was taking phone calls and making appointments while she was working on me. That was Time that I was paying for and she was giving to somebody else. I have never experienced this before and it was awkward. She knew it was wrong because she apologized to me as she was on the phone with them, but continued to talk to them. Not only that, but their machinery was very basic and limited. I’ve had physical therapy at other places, and this was a big step down.

My therapist and everybody in in this place where I go to get my therapy at is a wonderful people they're very friendly and everything and they're very knowledgeable of what they do and I'm very pleased to come there and and have my therapy hey I hope I'm there for quite a while to put me on the right track
