Dr. Jen was truly the first doctor to ever take my concerns seriously, and helped me TREMENDOUSLY with my pelvic floor health. I had horrible low back pain and overall PF tightness still a year after giving birth, and her recommendations for breathing exercises, core strengthening techniques, and other exercises were things I hadn't even considered, nor realized were possible. After only a few sessions, I already noticed a difference in my pain and overall wellness. Pelvic floor PT is a super sensitive and vulnerable treatment to seek, but she made me incredibly comfortable the entire time. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Jen and tell everyone I know to go and see her!

I can highly recommend Dr. Jen Rispoli for pelvic floor PT. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and makes the whole exam/treatment process a relaxed experience. Her office is private, clean, and comfortable. Staff is friendly too and communication was great. Would not hesitate to return if needed!

Working with Dr. Jen has easily been a highlight of my prenatal & postpartum journeys! She is so kind, knowledgeable, & answers every question I’ve ever brought to her. She was the catalyst for learning more about my body as a woman, & prepared me for delivering & healing from healthy natural births. I have recommended her to others more times than I can count. If I could encourage women to do anything for their health, it would be pelvic floor PT!

LOVE JEN!!!! She has been a huge blessing in helping me with my pelvic floor needs. Not only is the experience extremely comfortable and welcoming, she knows her stuff and is very knowledgeable.

I came in originally with internal pain with intercourse and she helped me find ways to resolve that with tools, manual massage that she did in the office and breath work techniques.

I then came in many months later because well, I had given birth and suffered a 4th degree tear….. but!!! Because of my work with her before that, I truly think the healing process after birth went smooth and seamless to the point where she was pleasantly surprised with what she saw 3 months post partum.

I’m now on maintenance and will continue to use Jen if and when I need her! You won’t be disappointed seeing Jen as your pelvic floor PT!

After having 3 babies in less than 4 years I knew I needed help with my core and pelvic floor. I had done different YouTube workouts in the past, but I wasn't truly healing my body. I felt stuck and knew I needed help. A friend of mine recommended Jennifer and I decided to go.
Jennifer worked with me and gave me various exercises to help strengthen and retrain my body. She helped me go from a 6 by 15 cm gap in my core to a 1 1/2 by 2 cm gap. My pelvic floor also got stronger. If you need help with your core and/or pelvic floor I would definitely recommend Jennifer Rispoli!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. So happy to hear that we helped you get the missing piece you weren't getting through online platforms. You put in the work and earned every centimeter of that closed diastasis! You are proof that those gaps can and do close with the right exercise!
