I have attempted multiple times to contact sales, the person answering the phone has said they had system issues for the past two months and that a manager would contact me. To date, no one has returned my calls.
I contacted Stabuilt mainly because of the great photos on their website of brick work. I needed a retaining wall built, 40 feet long, L shaped. I had done the shorter end of the wall last summer myself. A sales person comes out gives a bid right then, which was great. Job started fairly quick within a month. I did have to make initial call to get the ball rolling. First the wrong bricks were ordered, was quickly corrected with right ones. But I’m sure had I not noticed they were wrong the workers would have used them. From the beginning I had said 4 bricks high so it would look right with the area I had already done. What I ended up with is an additional row for half of the wall for level, which I understand obviously. But the wall itself ended up being 14 inches high at one end and 19 inches on the other end. And not flush with the existing wall. Honestly it looked ridiculous. I had no idea there was additional row of bricks at one end until it was complete. I called immediately and was told there was nothing they would do. Suggested taking a row off which would have fixed nothing. Took the weekend to troubleshoot a fix myself and added additional row of bricks to make it look more cohesive. There has been no follow up from Stabuilt knowing that I was not happy. 1/3 of the wall had a gap behind it and did not meet concrete slab, water would have went right in there and weakened the fence line. I filled it myself with pebble rock. Also areas of wall you can see light through from bricks not correctly positioned. bricks used with chunks missing when we had extra. Overall I don’t think my job was a big enough deal for them to care about and do not recommend their services.
Patty - We went above and beyond for you. We were contracted to do a 1.5' wall for 40 ft. Per your request we bumped it up to 2' the whole length of the wall with no additional charge. We also used material of your choice & the supplier sent the wrong color. We used a cheaper company and block - home depot to save on budget. Apologize for the inconvenience, but we went above and beyond for you & We'd still love to go even farther for you to make it better if you will let us.

We had a full backyard redesign with Sta-Built Construction and we couldn't be more happy with the project. Scott, our project manager, was easy to reach by phone or text and was on site regularly. He is just an all around great person! The crew doing the work were very professional easy to communicate with and cleaned up every day. We will definitely choose Sta-Built for any future projects.

I only received a quote from this company for artificial turf, however their quote was outrageously high. About 2x over other very reputable companies that do premium turf work. I would look elsewhere if you are looking for turf work.

I had water issues with a concrete walkway. Had Sta-Built remove it and put in pavers. Needed to remove a section for a gas line.They worked with the electric company, gas company and landscaper. Sta-Built came back and. replaced it. So easy for me. I would use them again for any need. I always get compliments on that walkway

I wanted to share that my patio paver extension was done with great care, thought and precision. From the time I contacted Sta-Buit until the final walk through nothing but professionalism. From Beau getting me set up with the initial project that I wanted and understanding my needs, to Scott coming in as Project Manager and helping me realize how much more I could get from my initial job than I could have ever expected. He understood my vision and helped me divide it in stages that best worked for me. I will be getting phase II done in the coming months. Thank you again Sta-Built Construction.

Dillion has amazing customer service, and support. Just agreed on a project that will be starting in the upcoming coming weeks and he went out of his way to come back and do a walkthrough with us on a Sunday. Had others come out for quotes and Dillion was the only one that made us comfortable and confident in his company. Will update once project is complete but overall very happy with this company so far.

I can’t say enough good things about Sta-built. Our sales person, Dan Spath, was informative and friendly and presented with no pressure. Our project manager, Scott Hawn was on hand to set up the crew in the morning and made sure they had everything they needed. Frankie, Scott’s assistant, was on hand every morning that Scott wasn’t and sat down with us to answer any questions. The crew was there every morning on time or early and worked extremely hard all day until dark. They also answered any questions we had.
