I was about to list my parents' home and realized there were 3 others of the exact same floor plans in their neighborhood listed for sale. Two were empty and one was still lived in and furnished by the owners. I asked my realtor to hold on the home listing going live and contacted you all to stage the home. I knew staging it would photograph and show better when people visited. You were able to tour the home and stage it the same week. My realtor is now a believer of real staging versus AI furnished pictures. Within 2 days of it listing we had two full price offers; one was full cash! I wanted to reach out and say thank you to your and your team, I totally believe staging my parents' empty home was key in it selling so fast!

Absolutely worth it. The staging is extremely nice furniture. Designing is done to fit the spaces perfectly. We were getting very few showings. As soon as we staged our property, we had an offer within 2 weeks. Customer service is professional. I will use this company every time.

Our home was on the market for over 60 days. After two days of being staged we had two offers. I truly don’t think it would have sold without their staging. They did such a beautiful job that the buyers wanted to buy some of the furniture. Can’t say enough about this company. They were amazing all the way around.
