When our water suddenly stopped working, I had just undergone a double mastectomy and was in no condition to deal with another unexpected challenge. My husand called Hillock Well and even though they already had a scheduled paying job, they chose to postpone it so they could come to our home within hours. Not only did they restore our water quickly, but they refused to charge us a dime. They told him he had enough on his mind and not to worry about it!!! That level of compassion, generosity, and selflessness is incredibly rare these days. They put people before profit, and I'll never forget that. They truly were lifesavers during one of the most difficult times in my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone at Hillock. Your kindness meant more than you'll ever know. Was informed by my mother that she had no water at her new home. Being the go to guy in our family I can usually figure these things out myself with some googling and YouTube videos. But wells are just something I’m not very familiar with. I came to the conclusion that a new pump most likely would be needed. I looked up well repair and come across this company and the long list of happy customers who had their issues fixed fast and affordable I told her to call him. He came out once and had her water flowing in minutes without replacing the pump. It was great we had water and so friendly to my mom. Even the neighbor knew these guys and came over to assist. Next morning we had no water. Called the boys and they were at moms within a couple hours to repair the issue. Something I believe others would’ve taken longer to fix and charged much more for this service. These guys didn’t upsell the problem, I’d trust this company on a hanshake
