Very disappointed with my experience with Stanley Steemer. I hired them to clean an indoor area rug and several outdoor cushions. The spot on the rug was still there after the cleaning, and they put the outdoor cushions back on my teak furniture while they were still wet, which resulted in discoloration and staining on both sides of every cushion.
They did come back to reclean the cushions, but unfortunately the results were the same. The cushions are now in worse condition than before they were cleaned, and I’m looking at having them reupholstered. I have reached out multiple times trying to get a resolution and have not received a response. I expected much better results and customer service from a professional cleaning company.
The service call was for between 2-6 pm. They showed up at 2:30. And were done by 3:00. Really friendly guys. They gave my dogs lots of attention. I would definitely recommend this company.
