Josh and Victor were professional, and took extra care with some challenging areas that had stains. The carpet looks amazing! The team pre treated the stains and the carpet looks brand new. They arrived on time, were very careful working china cabinets and furniture. Their customer service and quality of work was a 10/10. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, and their team members are A players that I’d hire for my business. I’ll be scheduling another appointment this fall for our business.

Nick and Evan did an exceptional job with our carpets, rugs and chairs! They were also thoughtful about our concerns, polite and considerate. This is the second time we have used Stanley Steemer and we are happy with the service. We have used them for carpets and air vent cleaning. Victor and his assistant Levi did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpets today. We went through a walk-through of the house, and Victor asked several questions and explained what he was going to do. Overall an excellent job, and I would definitely have Victor come back the next time we use Stanley Steemer!
