Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professionalism, and thoroughness of the carpet and air duct cleaning services, noting clear communication and competitive estimates. However, lower-rated reviews highlight concerns about pricing relative to the time spent, incomplete cleaning of specific stains, and instances where furniture was not moved or baseboards were damaged during the process.

I'm very pleased with both the customer service and with the results. The guys took a filthy, stinky carpet exposed to 20+ years of puppies, kittens, kids, grandkids, country mud and dust and made it look and smell like new. Thank you so much. Great job!!
