Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professional demeanor, and efficient service provided by the technicians, noting that carpets and floors often appear significantly improved after cleaning. The company offers carpet, rug, and tile cleaning, with online pricing and scheduling described as convenient. However, some reviewers express disappointment regarding the removal of persistent stains or the lack of noticeable results from deodorizers and protectants. Additional criticisms include high costs for small spaces and the absence of shoe covers during appointments.

My new puppy had a couple accidents on 2 area rugs. . I thought about renting a carpet cleaner but decided to get it done right. Found a coupon online for Stanley Steemer. The online pricing let me know what the exact cost would be and I was able to get it scheduled quickly. The 2 technicians were excellent and explained the process. All my questions were answered, the carpets look great and I’m very pleased with my decision. Rented carpet cleaners can’t do as thorough a job as the pros.

My carpets were deeply stained and I didn't expect them to look 100% new. They do look so much better though. But they did miss a spot between the bed and the wall...

Both gentlemen were friendly, professional & helpful. They did an excellent job cleaning our carpet & chair. When we had more carpet, we used them for many years. We wouldn't use anyone else!

Stanley steamer did a fantastic job. I’m the entire house that is carpeted. (Three bedrooms in a large living room). We are retired, so we don’t worry about the way the house looks – we live in it and enjoy it. To say the least, the carpets have taken a beating. I am truly amazed at how well everything came out. Thank you, Stanley Steemer! I would highly recommend them.
