Customers frequently praise technicians for their punctuality, professionalism, and thorough explanations of the cleaning process, noting that carpets often appear significantly improved. However, recurring criticisms involve pricing discrepancies between initial quotes and final charges, as well as instances where stains or odors reappeared shortly after the service was completed.

Steven demonstrated a high level of professionalism, clearly explaining the tile cleaning process for our entire home to my husband and me. He provided practical maintenance recommendations and was exceptionally courteous. After observing his work at a neighbor’s residence, I requested a consultation; the resulting estimate was very reasonable. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and would specifically request Steven for future services.
