I have a Mazda Miata and looking at experiences online I was really worried about paint matching. Mazdas have a very complex painting process with three layers to get the exact shine and reflection. With my entire front end crumpled on a 10 year old car and a discontinued color I was really worried the harsh sun would have created a new shade that cannot be replicated Instead I found that star auto authority did whatever needed to paint match the car perfectly. They assured me several times they would but I can’t explain how much it made me happy to see the end result. They are real experts in their craft and they serve you with a real human touch. When my service was done and it was going to take me an hour to get to the location they found a way to return my car same day despite closing. They gave me a ride to and from my car rental too which was awesome. It’s rare to find a good auto mechanic. Let alone one that employs people who are aps kind and who care about the experience of the people they work with to such a great degree. Thank you to the people at stat auto authority Vernon hills.
