Google reviewers for Star Auto Repair in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, frequently highlight the shop's honest communication, competitive pricing, and knowledgeable service. Customers describe the staff as friendly and reliable, noting that the owner often declines payment for unnecessary repairs or issues resolved without additional charges. The only recurring criticism involves a brief, negative interaction where a customer felt the owner made excuses regarding a quick inquiry, though this isolated incident contrasts with the overwhelmingly positive feedback about the shop's integrity and fair business practices.

I was referred to Ali/Star Auto Repair. I own an 18 yr old fancy European import. The car needed several issues addressed. Ali and his team were responsive and their repair skills exceeded our expectations. He is also one of the most competitively priced repair shops in the County. I will be returning soon for another appointment. Thank you!
