Star has a great web presence.<br>As a first time customer looking for help on electrical glitches and power window repair, I had an appt. to get an estimate. I failed to ask about the charge when I scheduled the appt. I called back to inquire and had difficulty in understanding the person. I was disappointed when retrieving the car as the cost for the estimate was higher. I declined the repairs to find a more economical alternative. The diagnostic process focused on other things than what I was needing fixed. I did find value in those photos sent to my email after<br>completion of the estimate.<br>My suggestion would be to explain charges for diagnostic estimates at the point of scheduling an appointment and focus on the reasons the car was in for an estimate. Customer Service is good too !

This is the best experience I’ve had. I came in an every stressed and frustrated moment and a really nice guy helped me and made sure i understood the process of my work. Also gave me follow up calls on my car. Gave a really nice clear report of the car condition. It’s so much I can say I can go on and on i will be making this my officials car doctor, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I was recommended Star Auto by the auto place I usually use cuz they were slammed. So I called and talked to Drew and he made it happen for my 07 Avalon. Star is now my go to when I have auto repair needs! Drew is super super nice, good at breaking all this down for people like me that know nothing about car repairs. Drew broke everything down easily and organized so I can know what needs to get fixed and what has to get fixed. I’ve never been to a place as detailed and organized in their work and I appreciate that! Thanks Drew and Star Auto crew!
My car stopped working downtown in the middle of the day. After calling AAA, my first call was to Star Auto. Drew at their office answered and assured me that they would fit me in that day. I had my car towed to them and within the next day they were able to pinpoint and fix the problem for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Star Auto as a trustworthy, affordable and capable auto repair shop.

I shared my concern about my car blowing hot 🔥 air instead of cool air. He vetted Star Auto with his 4 vehicles. And I vetted the Auto services with 5 stars rating online by almost 500 satisfied customers. I'm extremely pleased with the professional Auto service. No longer subject to a heat stroke in my car while driving with the windows down. I'm seriously thinking about changing my personal care provider.<br><br>I recently noticed a change in my car's transmission at speeds below 28 mph. I immediately contacted Star Auto for assistance. Within 24 hours, their professional services were completed at a reasonable price for a retiree. I look forward to scheduling more automotive services soon.
Ricky is the man! I had a couple issues with my Infiniti and they got me in and out in 2 days which is almost unheard of.
