Excellent customer service! My dryer vent was very clogged from the German Shepard. Technician was patient and kept at it until vent clear.

The communication from booking to completion was prompt and appreciated. The service I made them aware of some add ons I wanted at the time of booking and was told a price would be quoted once they could look at it. The quotes were reasonable. The service technician was very polite and worked fast. I’ll definitely book again.

Shakir and Vic did the extra work to make sure I was comfortable with the job of cleaning my air ducts and discover that my HVAC had a issue with it and a puddle of of water in base where the intake vent is . They need a raise?

I had my tile cleaned and the grout sealed. Vince and his guys did an outstanding job and it looks brand new. I will absolutely have them do it again and would recommend anybody wanting their tile cleaned to call Star Carpet and Tile. In fact, I'm having them come out and clean the carpet next week.
