He was ok but really couldn't answer questions about price of wh to what was labor.

I am really disappointed with Star City right now, I am paying $53 a month for a check up that's supposed to happen twice a year. The last time was in the spring and I had an appointment for October 19 that has now been postponed until January. The help has always been courteous and seem to do good work but I don't know why I'm paying $53 and not getting the service I think I should expect in a timely manner.
