They scratched our main window and won't fix it. Extremely disappointing experience with Starbrite Window Cleaning. It took 3 visits just to get our windows cleaned properly, and they scratched our main window in the process. I've included photos showing our windows after their cleaning, along with the scratches on our main window. Instead of taking responsibility and making things right, Starbrite tried to replace our quality window glass with a low-budget alternative that doesn't meet the same standards. They have now stopped responding to us and are making no effort to work toward a resolution. Their lack of communication has made an already frustrating experience even worse. Mistakes happen, but how a company handles those mistakes says everything about them. We paid for professional service and ended up with a damaged window, poor workmanship, and a company unwilling to make things right. I would strongly recommend staying away from Starbrite. It's simply not worth the risk or frustration.
Todd, you never mentioned a scratch on any glass until days later and your first Google review and email to us provided nothing but great feedback for the tech and how great of a job he did. Our terms and conditions clearly outline you should complete a walk through to ensure you are happy. We offered to have our glass vendor replace your window you declined claiming it's not as good of window that you currently have, but you never provided documentation showing the type of window that you have currently. We also cleaned ALL of your windows for free a 2nd time to ensure you were happy with the result. We do NOT use any abrasive materials when cleaning windows and we NEVER said we caused the scratch. We tried to work with you to resolve but you are unwilling to use our vendor.

Jose did a fabulous job on my windows. They haven’t been cleaned in years! They look amazing. He was also very polite and very efficient. He was done in 30 minutes.
