I can’t thank the team at Stardom Consultants enough! A special shout-out to Adrianna and Jesus, who were so welcoming, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. After being unemployed for almost four months, they were able to help me find a job in less than 24 hours! I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work, professionalism, and dedication.
A big thank-you to Lorenzo as well! You are all an amazing team, and I truly appreciate everything you’ve done to help me get back to work. Thank you so much for making this experience such a positive one! I highly recommend Stardom Consultants to anyone looking for employment.

5 stars across the board. Esmeralda was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had a job offer within a week of our first conversation. I feel that she really took the time to get to know me and familiarize herself with my experience and skillset in order to help me find a position that really fit me. Great experience all around.
So wonderful working with Esmeralda and Lorenzo again. Very thorough process with emphasis on personal preferences for placement. I was fortunate that I was placed rather quickly both times. Definitely a great team to have in your corner as a resource.
Esmeralda at Stardom Employment Consultants is amazing!!! She definitely gets 5 stars! She helped me find employment fast. I first spoke with her on a Monday, and by Thursday, I was offered a position. She was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the tips on how to prepare for a successful interview. They definitely worked! I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know who is job searching.
With over 25 years of human resources experience, I’ve worked with a lot of recruiters. Working with Lorenzo has been a great experience every single time. I keep coming back to him. He takes the time to truly understand our agency’s culture and requirements, ensuring the candidates are a good fit. Every hire we’ve made through Lorenzo has been top-tier talent who exceeded expectations. His dedication and attention to detail set him apart from other recruiters I’ve worked with. I highly recommend Lorenzo to anyone looking for a recruiter who delivers results and builds lasting partnerships.
Stardom Employment Consultants in Fresno exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their team was amazing—helpful, responsive, and always on top of every detail. Communication was open and consistent throughout the process, which made everything seamless.
The candidates they provided were outstanding—each one highly qualified and an excellent fit for our company culture. It was clear that Stardom really listened to our needs and delivered exactly what we were looking for.
If you’re searching for a recruiting partner that truly cares about your success and takes the time to find the right match, I highly recommend Stardom Employment Consultants.
What a blessing Stardom has been for me. I was laid off suddenly from my previous employer, Sarina reached out to me immediately, got me into an interview the very next day, and now I’m employed again after just 4 days since I had been laid off. Both Sarina and Esmeralda have been so professional and easy to work with. 100/10 would recommend Stardom Employment Consultants !
I have all positive things to say about this company, Lorenzo and his team went above and beyond to help me find employment, they even found a job at the experience level and type that I requested. Not only that, they helped me through every step of the process. No other agency has provided me with that level of service, thank you guys you are the best!
