Danny was our photographer and he was absolutely incredible to work with. He was prepped and ready and knew all the photos I wanted to get. He was so good with my 3 and 5 year old daughters, especially with how hot it was and how hungry they were. Our sneak peeks came out incredible and we are so excited to see the rest of the photos. Our sneak peek also came with soooo many photos only a little over 2 weeks after the wedding!

My fiancé and I had an absolute wonderful experience with Starfish Studios (Danny) for our engagement photos! From the beginning, their communication was clear, timely, and reassuring. They were incredibly personable, which made the entire process feel natural and comfortable. During the shoot, they guided us with ease- offering helpful direction without ever making anything feel forced. My dance and intend to be a bit camera-shy, but they put us completely at ease and helped us relax and genuinely enjoy the moment. The results speak for themselves; the photos came out beautifully and we couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend Starfish and Danny to anyone who is looking for a skilled, professional and truly enjoyable to work with photographer!

We were excited to receive our wedding photos, and overall, they came out nicely in terms of composition and capturing the big moments. However, we were a bit disappointed with the level of editing. Several photos included distracting background elements like people standing in doorways or photographers visible in mirror reflections, which we expected would have been edited out. One of the more surprising things was that, out of over 1,000 delivered photos, fewer than 380 included me, the bride. It was disheartening to feel somewhat underrepresented in the final collection. Additionally, there were no next-day sneak peeks—something many photographers offer these days. It was our fault for not confirming that before booking. We waited two weeks for any photos, and while the full gallery was delivered within the promised timeframe, it didn’t arrive until just three days before the three-month deadline. Looking back, I wish we had chosen a photographer who felt more personable. The entire experience felt a bit too corporate and impersonal.

Starfish Studios took beautiful pictures and were so easy to work with! They immediately answered my emails, and scheduled appointments to helpfully walk us through logistics. Shout out to Patty, their associate photographer, who did both our engagement shoot and our wedding day pictures. Patty was professional, friendly, patient, and arrived on time. She gave good guidance and took lovely pictures. It did take a few weeks to get the pictures back, but every picture was absolutely perfect. Thank you Starfish Studios!
