Stop looking—you’ve found the wedding venue. Seriously. If you’re considering renting a venue for only 10 hours, think about how you actually want your wedding weekend to feel. Ten hours disappears in a blink. Setup becomes a race, the celebration flies by, and before you know it, someone is stacking chairs while you’re still trying to process the fact that the day you spent months planning is already over. Starlight Meadows gives you something incredibly valuable: time. Time to set up without panic. Time to enjoy what you created. Time to actually be present with the people you invited. And time to take everything down without feeling like you’re being chased out the door. That alone made an enormous difference for us. But the value goes far beyond the amount of time you get at the venue. The Starlight Catalog is one of the best-kept secrets of this place. Before you start ordering décor or spending a small fortune at a party rental company, look through their collection. They have an incredible amount available, and much of it is included with your rental. The few things that do have an additional charge make complete sense—they’re generally items that are heavy to move, require significant setup, or involve additional cleaning. And the collection isn't stagnant. Connie and Brick continue adding new pieces and coming up with creative ideas every year. You can tell they aren't simply maintaining a wedding venue; they're constantly thinking about how to make it better. That attitude carries through everything they do. Connie and Brick do not nickel-and-dime you. Instead, you constantly find yourself thinking, Wait…that's included too? The cottage is beautifully decorated. The grounds are magical. Everywhere you look, there are thoughtful details that clearly didn't happen by accident. Connie and Brick have poured their hearts and souls into Starlight Meadows, and you can feel it. But as beautiful as the property is, the people are what make this venue extraordinary. Connie and Brick don't make you feel like you're Booking #27 on the calendar. They make you feel like you're becoming a small part of the history of Starlight Meadows. They are genuinely kind, funny, generous people—the kind of people you actually want to sit down with, spend time with, and still know long after your event is over. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. People told us how relaxed and stress-free the entire celebration felt. And more than a few people were looking around with that unmistakable expression that said, Why didn't I get married here? So perhaps the best way to review Starlight Meadows is this: If you don't want your guests telling you all night how beautiful your venue is, don't book Starlight Meadows. If you don't want your family commenting on how relaxed and stress-free the wedding felt, don't book Starlight Meadows. If you don't want enough time to actually enjoy the wedding you've worked so hard to create, definitely don't book Starlight Meadows. But if you want a beautiful venue, tremendous value, an unhurried experience, and owners who genuinely care about the people celebrating there? Stop looking. You've found your venue.

I am a wedding planner who has the privilege of working occasionally at Starlight Meadows. Yes, the grounds are beautiful and, yes, the house is super cool and functional, and yes, you can basically rent any decor you can dream up, and yes, there are thoughtful details like a s'mores stand. But my favorite thing is working with Connie and Brick. As a couple, you are not just renting a venue, you are investing in a vendor who is going to support you throughout your planning journey. Connie and Brick are famous (well, among the vendor community) for saying "yes". They do not lead with a bunch of rules or start off by saying what you cannot do at their space. Yes, there are rules - there has to be - but they are excited about your vision and want to see it come to life! As a vendor, you are getting a true vendor partner. Connie and Brick are present throughout the rental period. We all know how it feels when you need the venue manager and cannot find them or have to call a number and a teenager saunters down and begrudgingly helps you and then immediately disappears again. It's not like that here. They are so helpful and kind and funny and it's a genuine joy to work at Starlight Meadows. Thank you for creating such a great space! Looking forward to working here again soon!

Beautiful location

WE LOVE STARLIGHT! We just had our wedding here and it was so magical! They are so organized and treat you like family! It was analyzing experience. Weddings are stressful enough, but they made our day so easy and wonderful!! It is a beautiful property and the team is so wonderful. If you are looking for an amazing and magical venue this is the one!! I cannot recommend them enough!

Lovely staff and venue

Starlight meadows is a beautiful venue that transports couples and their guests to an enchanted love filled meadow. Every angle and nook and cranny of the Starlight Cottage where the couples and there wedding party gets ready, to the meadow, pavilion, etc. has been designed and planned out with the clients and their wedding photos in mind. Ensuring it is a picture perfect day. Every season Connie the venue owner adds something new the Starlight Store or property to surprise and delight clients and their vendors. As a wedding planner I have had the pleasure and delight to work with Connie at Starlight Meadows on weddings over the past several years. She is so creative, detail oriented, organized, and an overall delight to work with. For those couples looking for an amazing outdoor venue and venue staff for their Spring or Summer wedding be sure to schedule a tour at Starlight Meadows. It has become one of my favorite venues north of Seattle.

Starlight Meadows is a truly magical venue. I did not expect Connie to be my fairy godmother but she truly has a passion and talent for making dreams come true. She pays attention to all the details, asks all the questions you don’t know to consider, and is invested with her heart. Leading up to the wedding, I pestered her with texts and emails and she was so kind and generous with her responses. On my wedding day, she was right there smiling and setting up tables and even going to her house to bring supplies we had not accounted for! The venue was gorgeous. Natural, enchanting, and full of charm. The rentals from the venue not only saved us money but were of great quality and added to the fun aesthetic. The open spaces allowed for children to be themselves and run freely, which added to all of our joy on that day. Even my 94 year old grandmother could walk around this venue with ease. Also, I housed my bridal party in the cottage onsite and cannot recommend that enough! It was so cute and convenient and beautiful. Thank you Connie and Brick for sharing your venue, and your passion with us. What a life changing experience. We will remember Starlight Meadows forever with gratitude and warmth<3

If you are looking for an intimate wedding that is uniquely yours, Starlight Meadows is for you. The collection of antiques and attention to detail make for the most amazing moments and photos, but the real magic of this place is in Connie and Brick. They are the most amazing partners and worked so closely with us, resulting in a wedding that far surpassed anything we could have dreamed of. I cannot wait to come back to this venue year after year to relive our special day and support their annual music festival!
