Customers consistently praise the company for punctuality, efficient same-day service, and clear communication during scheduling. Reviewers frequently note that the pricing is reasonable for removing furniture, construction debris, and household items, while staff are described as professional and friendly. However, some low-rated reviews criticize the cost of services, citing instances where charges were significantly higher than expected or where additional fees were added for heavy items.

They were super efficient and incredible service overall! I was starting to get Decision Fatigue trying to decide what to do with large pieces of furniture. Finally, I just decided to contact Stars Junk when I found out they offer same-day service!! I ended up scheduling an appointment for the weekend. I received a text 20 minutes prior to my appointment time informing me they are already on their way. Despite the limited parking and the tight space, in my small apartment complex they still managed to park in front of my place, and fit everything through the door. I also found out they accept e-waste, which saved me a trip from having to drop it off myself. They offer fair pricing, along with fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!

As a Realtor preparing a new listing in Cupertino, we needed quite a bit of cleanup both inside and outside the property. Fred and Victor from Stars Junk Removal spent four days on the job, removing a tremendous amount of unwanted items and debris. Whatever we asked of them, they took care of without hesitation.
I was extremely impressed not only with the value of their services but also with their professionalism, hard work and getting the job done! They followed through on everything and made a challenging job much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend Stars Junk Removal to anyone needing cleanup or junk removal services!
