Kristi, thank you so much for your kind words. It was a pleasure getting to work with you on your home. We're grateful you trusted us to help you build, design, and live in your dream home. The entire Starwood Custom Homes team wishes you the absolute best!
maybe the homes are nice. but one of the drivers cut me off blatantly.. I was I. the left hand turn lane on prasad.. going onto Waddell. they literally cut me off. just because they didn't want to wait like everyone else. I hope their management sees this.. people need to be held accountable. this happened at 1255. today may 21
Working alongside Starwood Custom Homes was an absolute pleasure. Their work truly speaks for itself - their attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship is incredible. Not only are they professional, but they are personable, too, which I find so important, not only for a home owner but also as a designer. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking a custom home!
Our family had an absolutely horrendous experience building a home with Starwood. We definitely do NOT recommend!! 👎

Thank you for your feedback, Brandon! Our team has worked to resolve each of your concerns, and we appreciate the opportunity to learn and grow from your feedback. Thank you for your complete honesty about your experience as it is important to us to always be in a place of self-reflection and absolute constant improvement. We remain dedicated to delivering the highest standards in custom home building. As we discussed, please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything you need in the future.
We are very happy with our choice to use Starwood to build our custom home. They were the only builder who took the time to work with us to build our dream home within our budget. We broke ground in September of 2020 and had our challenges along the way (pandemic, labor and material shortages, price hikes) but Starwood was able to deliver on their promises and complete our home. The process was not without some issues but we were constantly kept in the loop and made to feel important. Big shout out to Trent Duncan, Daniel Haber and Stacey Permana. Trent took control of our project after a prolonged delay and despite all our challenges pushed the project to completion and always addressed all our concerns with positivity and a smile. Daniel Haber is an exceptional project manager. Daniel stepped in at a low point in our project and tirelessly pushed our project to completion. He always represented our best interest and treated our home and concerns with top priority. Stacey held my hand through design selections and was amazing at keeping me on task and entertaining all my design ideas. This house truly took a village to build and we were pleased we chose Starwood to be our builder.
We used Starwood to build our new home. We started the process in late 2020 and we’re able to move in April 1st 2022. Starwood’s whole dream team were amazing to work with throughout the process. They were mindful of our budget, kept us up to date on any delays and progress and were able to make our dreams come true with our beautiful home. I can’t thank them enough!
We stumbled upon Starwood a couple years ago when a friend recommended them as the #1 builder in AZ. We were so happy with the service we received from the moment we made the phone call with Mark, to the amazing team we were given to complete our home. Jason, Stacey and David were all phenomenal to work with. We developed such an easy rapport with them, that I can truly call them family. Every detail of our home was addressed in a timely manner and the strenuous nature of building a custom home was made seamless by Starwood’s experience in the business. My husband and I were amazed at how quickly we were able to move into our dream home, given the delays during the pandemic; but our project managers were exceptional at finishing the job. We love our home so much that we have already recommended Starwood to several friends. We are grateful to have chosen Starwood as our builder and truly are blessed to live in our beautiful home!

Thanks so much for sharing your experience, Shilpa! We have had some pretty amazing clients throughout the years but you guys are next level clients! We truly enjoyed building your home and it was a pleasure working with you every step of the way. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. We'll be sure to share your review with the rest of the Starwood team!
This is the second home we have built with Starwood, and quite honestly it has not been the same experience from an overall quality standpoint.
However, I believe they have good folks, but have been overwhelmed trying to please everyone. When you try to do this, you please no one.
I know this is a different time in the world, but we should not change our expectations.
Starwood was able to get us into our home on time and is responsive to our needs; especially Alex Jablon, who is a recent grad from ASU. He was charged with the finish out, and has great follow up while extremely responsive. Trent cares about the homeowners, and wants to do the right things at all times.
I gave them 5 stars do to their willingness to make things right, but I do hope they are able to get back to who they were from an overall quality standpoint. I would recommend Starwood as a builder due to their integrity, responsiveness, and knowledge.

You can't ask for a better group of people on your side and you won't find a better quality home built from the ground up to your specifications. They will meet and exceed your expectations.
