Randy and Angel serviced my home for a pest issue and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They are knowledgeable, polite, and professional. The scheduling person was also top notch and a joy to work with. Stat pest control comes highly recommended.
Eugene, I’m glad to hear you had such a great experience with us. We look forward serving you in the years to come.
I booked this pest control service after noticing a sudden increase of small ants around my kitchen sink and food storage area. The technician arrived within the scheduled time and first did a full inspection of the apartment instead of directly starting treatment. I appreciated that they checked hidden corners, cabinets, and drainage points. They explained the source of the problem in a simple way and used gel and spray treatment in targeted spots. The process was not messy and didn’t disrupt daily activities too much. Within a few days, the ant issue reduced significantly and has stayed under control since then.
We're so grateful you chose us for your pest control needs! It's fantastic to hear that our approach made a difference, and that you found the service thorough and non-intrusive. We're delighted you're seeing positive results with the ant situation. Thank you for sharing your experience!
Was good in the beginning, then not as good going forward. Be careful when canceling with this company.
This is the BEST company that I have used for my routine maintenance around my house in FL. Angel Torres in my tech and he ALWAYS goes above and beyond. What a great representation he is for your company. They send a text telling you the date they will be at the house. They text you when they are on there way and email you a detail description of the work performed after they completed the work. I had ant problem that was on going for two years prior to using STAT. Since the first treatment I have not had one issue with any bugs. I'm on a quarterly program and I have ZERO bug issue of any kind. This company is FANTASTIC. A lot of Florida service companies could learn a lot from these guys. Thank you STAT!! Sincerely Rich Parlier
