State Auto Body Inc. at a glance
Customers consistently praise the shop for affordable pricing, quick turnaround times, and high-quality paint and body repairs that restore vehicles to a like-new condition. Reviewers frequently highlight the owner's honesty, personalized communication, and willingness to handle diverse issues ranging from minor scratches to complex custom modifications. However, a pattern of criticism in low-star reviews indicates significant delays in providing estimates or completing parts orders, with some customers reporting months of unresponsiveness.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI was recommended by our mechanic to use State Auto Body. My BMW 750 front end was struck while parked in Miami. After work was completed, the front end looks like new. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone looking for a professional paint and repair.

Review from Google · view on Google5.0 Stars is well deserved for Herman and State Auto. Twice I've worked with them, first time (several years ago) my car was repaired to perfection. Second time (more recently) my insurance opted to total my car, which was BS. I decided to keep it and while I was struggling to install a tie rod so I could drive it and repair it on my own terms, Herman kindly offered the use of some of his shop tools.

Review from Google · view on GoogleAll of the staff were amazing at State Auto Body. Our 2016 Honda CRV had a lot of issues. They did an excellent job fixing everything in less than a week for a good price. All of the cosmetic things that were broken or dented looked like new after, which I did not think could be done. And they also fixed a lot of damage. It runs better now and looks great. This is a trustworthy shop and we will definitely bring our other cars in to be repaired.
