Steam Master Cleaning
Steam Master Cleaning at a glance
Google reviewers rate Steam Master Cleaning 4.9 out of 5 based on 517 reviews, with the owner responding to none. Customers frequently praise the team's punctuality, professional demeanor, and ability to clean carpets, tile, and furniture effectively. Positive feedback often highlights clear communication and fair pricing for standard services. However, low-star reviews cite a recurring pattern of unexpected additional fees, such as charges for closets or water disposal, which contradicts initial quotes. Some dissatisfied customers also reported that carpets remained dirty or odorous after the cleaning process.

Carlos and Tim did an outstanding job on my floors. I have Terazzo flooring. The previous owner had waxed them which is a definite no no. Over time the wax turned dingy with a yellowish tint. They were able to strip the floors making them look new again. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend Steam Master Cleaning.

Two young men showed up to do the carpet cleaning that I asked for. I was doubtful for a bit but they were so professional and respectful!!! They explained every service that they had and worked with my budget. I ended up booking them to clean my tile and grout floors in the rest of the house.

I have very old short shag carpet that was seriously packed down and dirty. When Brian Miller got through cleaning it the carpet looked almost new. I was afraid I would have to have it stretched after cleaning but do not have to. Thanks Steammaster and Brian for a great job.

Had a competing carpet cleaning service advise they could not get the traffic ways clean. These two polite young men cleaned the light colored carpet after doing a test demonstrating it would clean! You get what you pay for. Great job
