We just used Steam Masters for the first time on a rental property that has older white flecked carpet on the second floor. The stairs and high traffic areas were pretty flat and I honestly didn’t think they were capable of coming back to life but our technician, Josh, did a phenomenal job! The way the carpet lightened and fluffed back up exceeded our expectations. We are so pleased and thankful for the thorough care and professional service we received! 10/10, will definitely work with again.
Price assessment: Great price
Services: Carpet steam cleaning, General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal
Love Steam Masters in West Fargo! They are quick to respond, professional, great work and very fair pricing! I’ve had large area rugs cleaned and a chair steam cleaned! Very happy client! Will continue to go back and refer to others!
I liked the communication:I received a text when the tech was on his way, then when he arrived I got a call to verify instructions and punctuality was very good as well.I asked for the carpet washing and pet odor treatment. Also very trustworthy while Richard perform the job in the apartment that I just moved out.
As usual, they were pleasant and efficient. SteamMasters always does a great job getting everything as clean as possible. If there is a trouble spot, they will point it out and do all they can to remedy the situation. I highly recommend SteamMasters.
I always have Steam Masters do my carpet as they always do a great job. This year I noticed they also clean and seal tile and grout. Ours was looking pretty bad as we have had it for 24 years. It had even started to crack in about 5 places. Well, we are in total amazement at the job they did. It literally looks brand new and we cannot even see the cracks now! If you are in need of this kind of cleaning for your floor, I would without a doubt recommend West Fargo Steam Masters!!!
I had my living room, family room and bedroom carpets cleaned. Super expensive at $700 for 700 square feet. It took 2 weeks to dry and left water spots. My carpet is now bubbling everywhere and I need to replace my flooring.
