I have had my carpets cleaned by Steamactic several times. When I call they always set a time within a couple of days. They arrive promptly clean the carpets and leave no mess. Randy is always polite and does a great job.

I had used Stanley Steamer in the past and was unhappy. I like Steamatic because they use the extraction method. They also did an amazing job on my favorite chair (white fabric). If there was a way to add a video here I would show you the difference
