After we had water damage my insurance agent recommended calling Steamatic. At first I wasn't sure why, but soon realized the value they provide. Water gets under the floor and in the walls and that was something we couldn't see. Steamatic accessed the damage and removed the wet flooring, subflooring and sheetrock. The crew was SO professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned as they worked and did an impeccable job! If I wouldn't of called I would of had no idea the extend of the water penetration and could of possibly caused more issues down the road. They worked with my insurance company to send the bill and I never paid a dime for their service. If you have water and really are not sure if they are needed CALL ANYWAY. They do such a great job with their technology to find out how far the water has gone and know exactly what needs to be removed. If I could of gave them 10 stars I would have!

Steamatic saved our wool rug from the foolish mistake made by its owner getting wet with use of a power washer on a front door. They were able to get stains out and restore it to nearly new condition.

Steamatic did a great job cleaning a large Persian rug that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for many years. They both cleaned the rug thoroughly and took excellent care of a delicate hand-woven and dyed carpet. Strongly recommended.
