I called Stellar Solar and talked with Orlando about a panel showing no production . I asked for his help in finding someone to resolve the issue. Even though Stellar Solar did not install my system, Orlando offered to make calls to the manufacturer of my system and requested that diagnostics be run to find the issue. A new optimizer is on the way and Orlando will arrange for its installation when it arrives. Wow, I did not expect this treatment. Orlando went above and beyond my expectations and I really appreciate it. Thanks Orlando.

In 2020, we were paying around $600-$700 a month. This was not sustainable and we contacted Alex Bowser as he was the only one we knew in the solar industry. He explained how everything works, no money down and a fixed rate. Since 2020, we have been paying a fixed rate $225 and we SHOULD be paying $800+. Monice Lopez and Alex Bowser are awesome. They have been helping me with getting scammed by another company that went out of business right after my installation. They are very kind and honest people who are trying to do the right thing. I’m under no obligation to pay them or even to have them do solar for me. I went to Orlando for advise after another solar company sales guy lied to me and hooked me into signing a ridiculous contract that I didn't even know I was signing. Orlando helped me understand and get out of the mess that this guy had me in, then proceeded to help me get solar at an extremely better deal and half the price. Orlando restored my faith in these solar sales guys and proved that they aren't all crooked and dont care about the people they are here to help. Not only is Orlando honest but he didnt push and bug while I was trying to get my credit approved.
