Call Stephen. He spoke to me on the phone, set up an appointment, came out, discussed with me all the options that we had. Through his expertise and knowledge, was able to help me make a clear decision on the best way to go forward to the landscaping in our yard. Would highly recommend him.
Stephen provided me with an excellent consultation explaining the value of a large Southern Live Oak growing over my home from my neighbors yard. Stephen reassured me about the strength and value of this tree and established a great plan at preserving the tree while also making the tree safe by lowing the risk of overextended branches growing over my roof. Stephen made me feel bad because I thought the tree was having to be removed and it doesn’t so I felt bad about think of killing it. So thankful to have found Stephen who is someone very rare to discover. Very knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with and professional. I highly recommend.
Stephen is the most knowledgeable arborist I have ever met and spent a good deal of time explaining to us how the trees should structurally be managed, and that the lion tailing that most arborists are doing around here, and in the Bluffs, is shortening the life of the trees and making them more dangerous during storms. I very much appreciate his knowledge!
Stephen Davis is a rare find in this industry. He truly listens to your needs and finds creative, practical solutions when green and gray infrastructure conflict, with a genuine commitment to preserving trees whenever possible. He is probably one of the only arborists locally with the depth of knowledge and hands-on skill to properly perform structural pruning rather than simply cutting trees back. In an industry that can often feel driven by generating more work for more money, Stephen genuinely cares about solving the problem the right way. His expertise, integrity, and ability to think outside the box truly set him apart.
Stephen was great. He diagnosed my problem instantly. He was also kind enough to answer multiple questions I had about landscaping.
They were so helpful I couldn’t have asked for anybody better to deal with. If you have a problem with your trees, you definitely need to give them a call.B
Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and look forward to continued maintenance from Stephen!
It was our pleasure to maintain your mature and majestic Live Oak!!
Again Stephen Davis Trees to the rescue! I would not trust any other company with our trees! Unfortunately previous years of another company trimming our trees has left our community having to correct unsafe conditions and damage to tree soundness. Stephen was quick to respond and repair the damage. Thank you Stephen!
Thank you Catherine. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working for your community in Abacoa, Charleston Court. Happy you and the other board members were so open to having your community’s trees structurally pruned after years of other tree vendors inappropriately trimming them. Glad the trees are on their road to recovery and the community is made safer by our work.
I interviewed a number of arborists for our project. Stephen was incredible. He has a wealth of experience and handles every aspect of our project.
I called Stephen because I wanted structural pruning of some younger oaks, royal poinciana and others surrounding my driveway. He took the time to consider all the trees at play and I am confident they will grow out properly. He also gave some feedback on some larger tree maintenance and took care of that as well. I like the higher level thinking and skill brought to the work. Definitely someone passionate about trees.
