Sterling Electric has absolutely blown me away by their level of attention to detail, prompt response, and incredible customer service- and I’ve not even hired them for a job yet! Because of their wonderful customer service and integrity, I ended up saving a good chunk of money I was otherwise prepared to flush down to toilet. Within a hours of calling them for a competitive quote, I learned that not only was the original quote overinflated, but also not necessary. Jim (owner) despite knowing he likely wouldn’t get paid for the job, still went above and beyond to make sure I was not financially taken advantage of and got me a quote with less than a weeks turnaround. As much as I would have loved to go through Jim and his team, I was elated find out that wasn’t necessary. If I ever find myself in need of calling an electrician, they will be at the top of my list, and should be at the top of yours too.
