We had a great experience working with Steve for our fireplace and chimney inspection! He was friendly, professional, and very responsive throughout the process. I especially appreciated his willingness to take the time to discuss my questions and concerns over the phone. He even went back to review the inspection photos and followed up with another call to share his thoughts. It was clear that he genuinely cared about being helpful and making sure we felt informed. We’re grateful for his time, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Steve!

Thank you, sir. It was a pleasure to work with you as well.
Highly recommended. Steve completed the inspection on a Saturday in this sweltering heat and even had the report completed and emailed to me that evening. The report was easy to read and very thorough. 10 ⭐ in my book.
I’ve worked with a lot of different vendors in the real estate industry, and he has been a great addition. He’s dependable, fairly priced, and does a great job getting inspections completed quickly while still being thorough. Communication is a big part of this business, and he does a great job staying available and helping clients understand the process. I’m happy to recommend him to buyers looking for a trustworthy home inspector.
Steve was very thorough and detailed with his inspection. He gave it to us straight and was very informative with his findings. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector who offers a great service at a fair price.
