Stevens International LLC: The US Mexico Moving Specialists

Mr Steven's was very helpful in regards to giving great advice when hiring the right company for My job. Thank you very much for taking the time-Have a Blessed Day!

I hired Ramses to facilitate my household move from Arizona to Mazatlan, Mexico, and he made the process extremely smooth. He even helped me navigate a couple of dicey situations during the drive. On two separate occasions, I was pulled over by Mexican officers who tried to escalate the stops by claiming I looked nervous or was hiding something, pushing for an extensive search of the vehicle. Both times, the moment I got Ramses on the phone, the situation was settled efficiently. He constantly checked up on me throughout the trip to ensure everything was tracking smoothly. Ramses is a true expert with a wealth of experience facilitating these cross-border moves, and I am incredibly happy that I hired him!

I had a really great experience speaking with Ramses at Stevens International. Even though I didn’t end up booking a move, he took the time to patiently explain the entire process of transporting furniture from the U.S. to Mexico and made sure I understood all the steps involved. What really stood out to me was how kind and helpful he was. He didn’t rush the conversation at all, and he even gave me helpful advice about crossing the border safely with my family if I decided to handle the move myself. That level of honesty and customer care is rare, and it really shows that they genuinely want to help people, not just make a sale. Based on this interaction alone, I would absolutely recommend Stevens International to anyone looking for a company that is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about their customers.

Very good experience with Stevens International. At first I had my doubts but the whole process was clear and organized, and the service was excellent. You can tell that they have experience in what they do. I talked to 4 different companies and none offered me confidence. I definitely recommend them!

I would like to sincerely thank Lic. Ramses at Stevens International for his time and guidance. He offered the best guidance at no cost, simply out of genuine care for doing things the right way and his deep love for Mexico and his “paisanos”. He patiently explained the process and how to handle everything properly and legally. His integrity, generosity, and professionalism truly stand out. Highly recommended.

It is somewhat difficult to share the trauma that this company caused to my family. Trying to move from the US to Mexico is not easy. When you have a company you believe is trustworthy and you have the experience of the company stealing your classic vehicle, it is difficult to articulate and believe. This is what happened to our family. Run do not walk away from trusting this company.

Excelente servicio. Son a los únicos a quienes les doy toda mi confianza en hacer los transportes de mi mercancía. Mis respetos para el señor Stevens.

Mr. Stevens and company did an amazing job moving all we needed to our second home in Puerto Vallarta, MX. I could never say enough about his individual care of us, being so nervous about the whole thing, but also our possessions. He was extremely communicative from the start and still is, as we refer others to him. I’ve heard some people tell quite negative stories about moving companies. I always have faith in this man and his company to make a not so easy move feel so seamless. They treated our things as we would, if not better because of not only their professionalism, but because I know Mr. Stevens as a very caring, empathetic, knowledgeable and experienced leader. He took care of what I know to be a very tedious process, kept to his word and at a very reasonable price. Stevens International is who I would always call and tell anyone in need of moving to call.
