Isaac installed our new alarm system today. What a great experience. Isaac was here on time, he got to work, knew what he was doing, asked the right questions and completed the install quickly and efficiently. Isaac is a good guy. Sting Alarm should be proud of his efforts. He represents the company well. He was polite, careful and attentive. To top it off, he tutored me and my wife on the use of the new alarm pad and phone apps. Along with that he gave us good advice on using the system and offered various ideas for us to consider. Now how nice is that?

From the beginning, Sting Alarm has been so easy to work with. From Jeff in Sales, to scheduling, and finally when our tech came out in a Saturday for the installation, everything was seamless. Our tech Isaac was fantastic. He was neat and cleaned up after the installation, and took time with me and my husband to get us set up on the app. He was patient, walking us through all the features.
