Our tankless hot water heater went out and Larry and his team came out to diagnose the problem the same day we reached out. They provided us with several options along with great recommendations and advice. We ultimately decided to go ahead and replace the unit. They were very efficient and we had a new unit same day. They also had to work around some less than ideal circumstances at our house and went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Thanks to Larry and his team for the great work!

There are some jobs AI will never replace, and after yesterday, I’m convinced plumbing is at the top of that list. Thankfully, neither can the kind of customer service Larry Stinson Plumbing and Water Heater Repair delivers.
I called about a leak in our primary bathroom, and the entire experience was exceptional. From my initial conversation with guest services, to Connor coordinating everything, to Daniel arriving and taking care of the issue, every interaction was professional, courteous, and genuinely pleasant.
Daniel was fantastic. Knowledgeable, patient, and an excellent communicator. He walked me through my options, answered every question, and never once made me feel pressured or like I was being sold something I didn’t need. He gave me the information, respected my decisions, and got the job done right. That kind of integrity matters.
I found Larry Stinson through multiple recommendations in a local moms’ Facebook group, including one from an electrician I’ve personally used and respect tremendously. So my expectations were already high. They still managed to exceed them.
Skilled tradespeople are invaluable. Skilled tradespeople who pair their expertise with this level of honesty, professionalism, and courtesy? Even better.

Scott did a great job of replacing an offset toilet flange. He was able to do so without cracking any tile. Very professional. Good communicator.
