Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
Excellent customer knowledge and service provided by the pest control technician, Larry McDaniel. There has never been a time he couldn’t explain the issue and/or resolve the problem. He is always respectful and compassionate about his work.
Lee analyses the situation and makes good recommendations. No high pressure stuff. Just an honest assessment and resolution. Just a great job. We always ask for Lee but I’m sure the other guys do good work too. Will use again for all our needs. Updated again this year for 2026. Lee still great service. I keep using them.
We love STL Pest Control! Awesome service. Lee Mikel has been our exterminator and he’s great, super knowledgeable and takes care of all our issues with precision and tact, he’s taken really good care of us. Highly recommend!
Lee was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Chris helped me understand the mice that are around my house. He took the time to explain what he was looking for as he inspected and what he found. He then explained how the bait station works and set them around. I am glad I got the service before the mice got totally out of control. Thank you STL PEST CONTROL
STL Pest Control is the best! Jacob our technician, is always reliable, on time, and very knowledgeable. We are so happy with their services.
Craig came out and identified the rodent droppings (bat) within seconds and went on roof and pointed out (with photo) where s/he was getting in. . . . all done in 5 minutes. AMAZING. I'd been trying to catch the "mouse/rat" for 2 weeks to no avail : (
Our service person and exterminator was Chris, and he was on time , incredibly prompt, as well as knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough inspection and showed me all the areas that the mice could be entering our home and how to stop them from coming in.. In just a short amount of time we have noticed a…

We LOVE STL Pest Control! We had some mice and ants coming inside and they were taken care of after several visitors. Lee Mikel is the best technician and gives great information about services and how we can reduce mice and ants in our house. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much to Daniel and Chavis for your help! They were very knowledgeable about our issue, and helped us the day after calling them.
Chavis was amazing! He did a thorough inspection, provided solutions right during his visit & will do a follow up. Loved his service! I’ll also add that Sue was so helpful setting up an appointment the next day!
2nd time we had them service our house- fast and effective
A renter requested an inside the property inspection and eradication of cockroaches (which have never been found in my properties in 25 years). I called after lunch on December 30 2025. My unit was treated within 24 hours (on December 31). The serviceman will follow-up in 2 weeks. I could’t be happier as this…
Always had great service from them. David did a wonderful job and answered all my questions. Very nice people, always prompt, communicative and very thorough. My parents have used them for years and I have been using them the last few years myself. Won’t use any other pest control.
We are thankful for your help today.
Our tech, Chavis, was prompt and very friendly — to me, my kids and even our dog. He was thorough and explained clearly what he thought was going on and the possible solutions. He patiently answered my questions and told me what to expect and “next steps.” I found this company off of a random Google search but have…
Came out and did a thorough inspection for the moles that were active in my yard. Then baited their runs to eradicate them. I was very satisfied the service provided by STL Pest Control.
Thanks for helping me treat the voles problem!
Updated from three years ago: My technician, Bobby, was exceptional. He treated the problem using three distinct methodologies, and he explained to me in clear language what he did and why it would be an effective treatment method. He was correct, and he solved the problem. When dealing with STL Pest Control,…
Great service
Lee was very thorough and informative. Greatly appreciated! Thank you!
I've been worried about having a rodent problem and this company and the technician Larry made me feel so much better. I will definitely use them again if needed.
I had Larry as my technician knowledgeable, professional, patient with all the questions and concerns I had. I got lucky. I hope to see Larry again because he gave a damn.
Our house 100 years old and mice are just inevitable at some point. Joe gave us some great solutions to help stop them before they came in the house. Been return customers for a few years now. Absolutely would recommend!
My husband and I recently hired this pest control service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Their team member, Lee Mikel, was prompt, incredibly friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about handling the pest issue in my home. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of pest control.

Craig was awesome and educated us on what was happening with our deck. We had an ant problem. Super happy with STL Pest Control!!
STL Pest Control came to my house in late winter 2023 to help me deal with a rat. The two employees did not seem very knowledgeable about rats. They suggested a possibe rat entry point in the basement but had little else to say. They told me to use a sticky trap near that basement entry point. No rat was caught. The…
I have nothing bad to say. All I gotta say is if you want something done right then you all need to give them a call. They are the best
Larry is a keeper!
We love them coming out to our home. The ladies in the office are so sweet and are very pleasant. We had Bobby, Larry, and two other techs that came to get the raccoons out and they explain everything to us. All of the techs are very personable and my fiancée loves to speak with them while they are setting the traps. Just an all around wonderful company!!
Bobby was great. He explained everything thoroughly and then worked very diligently. I want a follow up in May, and I want Bobby to come again for the May service and all subsequent services. I am very pleased with his customer service.
Was a very pleasant and informative visit. I had never had a pest control person before and I asked a lot of questions. Keith was great. Will use them again for mosquitoes extermination.
We have used STL Pest Control for many years now. They are always professional, thorough, friendly, and efficient. They're great to work with.
My husband and I found mice droppings in our new (and first!) house and we decided to call a pest control company. From the minute I called until the technician, Terry, left it was a great experience. The woman who scheduled the appointment, Jean, was so nice and helpful. Michael came this morning. We had a chain exterminator out about a year ago that didn’t really do anything except tell us to go get traps at Home Depot. Michael explained everything and was super helpful and professional. I think this company is reasonably priced, too.
Will use again if needed in the future. Very quick to respond and super helpful advice!
We can't say enough great things about this company. The first time we had them out we immediately noticed a difference. Terry came out the next time to rebait and he was absolutely amazing! Terry was very kind and helpful! The company arrived within 2 hours of placing the call and chased a squirrel right out of my attic. Then they suggested how to prevent them from getting back in with hardware cloth- would definitely call them again if needed!
We've been working with STL Pest Control for about 5 years. They're professional, easy to schedule, don't up-sell you or get you on a subscription or anything like that. We were able to get effective rodent and bug/spider control for a fair price.
The guys were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us perfectly. We are very hopeful to get rid our the mice in our home and attic.
Larry was very professional and courteous. He made sure that I was informed on what was happening with the mole issue in my yard and how treatment would be done. Will definitely use them again.

Lee came to our house and provided us with what we were asking for and more, looking forward to not being woken up by scratching in the walls anymore. Super friendly and professional.
Joe came out and treated for numerous moles. After 2 weeks it appears that there are still a couple active ones, so we are trying a second treatment. Hopefully he'll get the rest of them on the second round!!
Great customer service and plessantly nice service technician. He know exactly what was going on and made the best suggestions on the actions to take and a few other steps I could take to better protect my home. I would definitely request continued service if needed.

Upon calling STL Pest Control, they were able to come out the same day. We recently moved into a new property and needed service for all creatures that tend to hang around in vacant homes. Second time with Larry and he's great. Always comes over with a positive attitude and exceptional/thorough work ethic. Will continue to keep going through STL Pest Control as long as Larry can take care of my shop every time.
