Excellent customer knowledge and service provided by the pest control technician, Larry McDaniel. There has never been a time he couldn’t explain the issue and/or resolve the problem. He is always respectful and compassionate about his work.
I just got the general Pest Control and just ended up going with the basement and outside, I talked with Jacob and mentioned my husky is always cleaning and licking the floor baseboards, etc. so even though their treatment is Pet safe, he recommended just keeping things in the basement and outside and discounted the…

Joe with STL pest control is a good man. Personable, No BS, gets the job done. When it was discovered that we had a pretty nasty brown recluse problem, he told me discreetly so as to not upset my 8.5 month pregnant wife. Now that’s what I call service! Dump your other bug guy today, call STL pest control, and ask…
Jacob was professional and informative. He took his time to explain what treatment he was using and why, and answered all of the questions I had. There was no contract I had to sign, and I can call again as needed or set up regular treatments.

The exterminator did a good job and found some spiders in the basement too. I was not there when he did the work, so I cannot provide any more feedback. Great professional service and advice. Came on time and sprayed everywhere inside and out for a very reasonable price. Also they don't lock you into a contract, so you can call them when needed.
I use this company because they are honest and don’t try to up sale and tell you that things are a lot worse than they are. The techs are friendly and very thorough in their skill. Since I started using them last year, the only place I see ants and spiders are outside.
Always on time and professional

I had StL Pest Control come out and spray my home, mainly for preventative measures. I had recently seen a couple of cockroaches in my detached garage.
