Just switched to STL Pest about a year ago due to poor service from another local company. Have nothing but praise for STL Pest. They are responsive and great to work with.
Matt did a very thorough inspection and was friendly, answered all my questions
Effective communication, timely, respectful, AND TRANSPARENT! I cannot state enough how much I appreciate their honesty with what was really needed. After working with 2 other agencies recently who would show up without warning, never provided full services and couldn't communicate at all. STL Pest control is the…
Solid, professional work. Would recommend
Got a termite inspection done and Daniel L. was my inspector. I was the prospective buyer for the home and joined Daniel as he did his inspection. He thoroughly checked the whole perimeter of the basement and garage, let me know what he was seeing as he was performing the inspection, and thoroughly answered all my…
Very professional and friendly service.
Daniel was excellent, highly knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly!
We started noticing silverfish in the bathroom cabinets and honestly thought it was just because of the weather. The technician explained the moisture issue clearly and treated the entire area without making a mess. He even suggested better ventilation tips. The bugs disappeared within days and haven’t returned since.
2 words- Larry McDaniels. A+++++ customer service and superior expertise in pest control. Worth every penny.
What a great company! Jean on the phone, provided a good overview of prices and process. Terry did the inspection. Great communication and honest assessment. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Easy to schedule, fast responses, lovely people and efficient crew. Joe quickly determined my issues, answered all my questions and for a great price.
I contacted our renters on Thursday at 5pm, and I had a call from STL Pest Control first thing the next morning. Jean immediately identified the pest we were dealing with through photos, and was able to call me back within the hour to schedule a treatment. They were here by mid-day on Monday and were in and out…

I've used STL Pest Control a couple times now, and each time the team has been very friendly, thorough, and efficient. They're very communicative, and on my most recent ant treatment visit I received a text beforehand with info about the tech (Larry McDaniels) who would be arriving. Larry was amazing, and I'd…
