Jacob called before he arrived and he arrived on time. He was knowledgable about the products he was applying and answered my questions. He was kind to my tenants and considerate of their space. When he was done spraying all 4 apartments, he gave me a rundown of what signs he saw of pests and suggested a 3-month…
I have used them for three years in a row now. I made my last booking over text which I really enjoyed. I received a text message with a description of the service expected time and a picture of the technician that would be arriving. I would recommend
Effective communication, timely, respectful, AND TRANSPARENT! I cannot state enough how much I appreciate their honesty with what was really needed. Excellent customer knowledge and service provided by the pest control technician, Larry McDaniel. There has never been a time he couldn’t explain the issue and/or resolve the problem. He is always respectful and compassionate about his work.
I just got the general Pest Control and just ended up going with the basement and outside, I talked with Jacob and mentioned my husky is always cleaning and licking the floor baseboards, etc. so even though their treatment is Pet safe, he recommended just keeping things in the basement and outside and discounted the…
Lee analyses the situation and makes good recommendations. No high pressure stuff. Just an honest assessment and resolution. Just a great job. We always ask for Lee but I’m sure the other guys do good work too. Will use again for all our needs. Updated again this year for 2026. Lee still great service. I keep using them.
Lee explained treatment plan and then what he found during interior treatment. He described treatment plans on a regular basis. Have not seen live spider since before first treatment.

The exterminator alerted me that he was on way at the time stated. He inspected the areas and treated where needed. Very knowledgeable, gave me good post advice plus reduced my price since i did some pretreatment of my own.

Inline image My most recent experience was not the best despite being a regular customer. I have called twice to see if this can be redone (lady over the phone was telling me that I had to pay another $130 for them to come back) after I was first told to wait a week for it to be effective, I called a week later. I…

At the first sign of a Spring bug, I call StL Pest Control and really appreciate that they have appts available on Saturdays. Larry was my technician this time and he did a great job because he took into account that I have had spiders in the Spring before. He used some spray powder in the basement which seems like…
These guys are great and very kind. Scheduling was really easy, they text you when they’re on their way. I showed Cameron the general area I thought a squirrel was infiltrating my walls and he found the access point pretty much immediately. Sat down a trap. Caught a squirrel maybe two hours later. Another guy came…
