Just switched to STL Pest about a year ago due to poor service from another local company. Have nothing but praise for STL Pest. They are responsive and great to work with.

Chris helped me understand the mice that are around my house. He took the time to explain what he was looking for as he inspected and what he found. He then explained how the bait station works and set them around. I am glad I got the service before the mice got totally out of control. Thank you STL PEST CONTROL
Always professional and on time. We use them for seasonal pest control maintenance in the city and their treatment has been very effective. Highly recommend!

I had a truly bad experience with this company. I never leave bad reviews but I feel so disappointed and upset about this. We had technician John come to our house to check if we had termites in our living room. The tech could not discern whether the bugs were ants or termites. Which, if you are in this field I…
STL Pest Control! I have used them for all of my needs for several years. My technician today was on time, courteous, and well prepared. He educated me on some things to look for and on safe products I can use if a certain past issue arises again.
I didn't have to wait all day, the inspector was informative about the process, & very professional.
Very good experience. Larry was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained what he was doing and why and took his time inspecting the house and was thorough. Will ask for him next time!
Lee was quick to identify exactly what we were dealing with and was completely honest about the course of action. This was my first time working with an exterminator and from scheduling the appointment to the inspection was simple and the team explained everything well enough for someone as ignorant as me to…
The technician was on schedule. I received confirmations via email, text and call. I knew when they were on their way. Technician Mike was very warm and friendly, explained the process he was using and why. Did an outdoor inspection to make sure everything was sealed up. Provided photos for reference. Will use again.
Cameron was our pest control guy! He was amazing and thorough!

Reliable & Honest company! From scheduling to time of service, we were very pleased. They were able to get out same-day and accommodate our schedule for us. Pricing was also very affordable. Amazing! David came out the day after seeing a house mouse inside and walked through the space to identify entry points to seal and put out poison. A renter requested an inside the property inspection and eradication of cockroaches (which have never been found in my properties in 25 years). I called after lunch on December 30 2025. My unit was treated within 24 hours (on December 31). The serviceman will follow-up in 2 weeks. I could’t be happier as this…

Our tech, Chavis, was prompt and very friendly — to me, my kids and even our dog. He was thorough and explained clearly what he thought was going on and the possible solutions. He patiently answered my questions and told me what to expect and “next steps.” I found this company off of a random Google search but have…
Easy to schedule, fast responses, lovely people and efficient crew. Joe quickly determined my issues, answered all my questions and for a great price.
I have a mouse problem and Joe and a young man came to my house and made me feel so much better. This mouse freaked me out and he found the probable point of entry and treated accordingly. No pressure whatsoever!
Kind receptionist and the tech was very good and very professional. Have been using this company for 4 years now. Would highly recommend!!
I use this company because they are honest and don’t try to up sale and tell you that things are a lot worse than they are. The techs are friendly and very thorough in their skill. Since I started using them last year, the only place I see ants and spiders are outside.
Great team but a little expensive. 395 /- for a 45 min work . Total house spray and a wasp nest on the front door.
I noticed a problem and they sent someone the very next day. Lee was great and very knowledgeable about the problem we were having. We will for sure be using STL Pest Control for further services!
