My neighbors are using them right now and their equipment is so loud, its unbearable. Its sounds like a chainsaw and a leafblower running at the same time and its been going on for 2 hours. Im 2 doors down and across the street and it can be heard 2 streets over. People are coming out of their houses to see what all the noise is. Its really obnoxious. I would never hire them and will seek a moritorium on future hires in this small private condo community

Probably should post summer hours on the website if you are going to deviate from what’s listed. Went out of my way on Saturday to get some of the Stoll spot cleaner (magic in a bottle) and found the sign on the door that this was one of the closed Saturdays. That being said, the work your company does is pretty good. I have had you all clean my furniture and it turned out great.

I've been meaning to post a review since Doug with Stoll came out a couple of weeks ago to steam clean our loveseat and sofa. Our 4 year old oatmeal color furniture looks amazing again. Doug took great care with the cleaning of the upholstery and several darkened spots. We very much appreciated his work.

Took my 8x10 rug to get cleaned. First was $40 cheaper than the original quote they gave me. Got the rug back and it still smelled like dog. Called them, they came and got the rug, cleaned it 2 more times and sanitized it (all free) and dropped it back off to me. We’re very apologetic. And it smells great now! They made a simple mistake and were very kind about getting it fixed making things right! WOULD RECOMMEND STOLLS off their customer service alone!

Had a huge coffee stain in my master bathroom on very expensive carpet. I literally tried everything. There was practically no hope that stain would ever come out after all I tried. Called Stoll and they sent Rodney Zahs out to do the work. Rodney is absolutely amazing! He was able to get the stain out and cleaned the entire room and the carpet looks incredible now! Thank you Stoll and a huge Thank You to Rodney!
