Refused to come out for warranty work. The guy on the phone said he wasn’t sure if the roof was still under warranty. They did a complete tear down in 2021 and it’s now 2026. There was no follow through with this company. I would not use them. I’m surprised by their great reviews.

We've gone through our project records, checked our history, and spoken with every project manager who worked for us in 2021, and we haven't been able to locate a file under your name. We'd genuinely like to get to the bottom of it. Excellent experience. Erick was easy to work with, highly communicative, and incredibly thorough and helpful. The process overall was quick and professional, and every member of the crew was fantastic. We never had to worry about whether they would show up, deliver what was promised or work with integrity. Even when the roof was done they took great care in the cleanup. Next, we get new gutters and we know the job will be just as outstanding. Highly recommend.

From beginning to end Stones River Roofing did an amazing job. Erick explained everything very well and answered my many questions, which made things much less stressful. I have lived in Mid TN since 2006 in the home I had built when I moved here with my company. I had 25 year premium shingles installed and had noticed that recently many of my neighbors were getting their roofs/shingles replaced. Noting the roof is now 20 years old and have started to see roof shingle granules at the gutter down spot drains and finding some shingle pieces in my yard after a recent wind/hail storm; decided to contact a roofing company.
Did a lot of research and found there are many companies with various levels of reviews. After consulting with a roof cleaning professional that had performed my roof/gutter/home cleaning, he highly recommended Stones River Roofing. Went online and read reviews and looked at completed roof installation projects, decided they would be my choice out of the MANY companies available.
CJ from Stones River Roofing contacted me within 24 hours and setup an inspection to determine my 20-year-old roofs condition after all the Mid TN weather variables.
He came out and climbed up on the roof and performed a thorough inspection on every roof surface area and determined that there was some significant hail damage from the last July wind/hail storm.
He sat down with my me and my wife and discussed with detailed photos the damage, that the roof was indeed damaged, and needed replaced. We discussed price and appropriate insurance claim usage for a well maintained 20 year old roof with hail damage. He guided us through the insurance claim process for this area and age of roof. We contacted our insurance company and CJ and insurance inspector inspected and evaluated together.
It was determined that the hail damage was claim worthy. After we received the roofs replacement costs, insurance claim assistance, and total costs we decided to proceed.
Roof team arrived and removed original roof and replaced it with new upgraded shingles, flashings, etc.…
They installed all our gutter covers and completely removed all the roof debris from our yard, driveway, sidewalks, landscaping, and proved excellent cover for our exposed HVAC units. We were able to stay cool inside during the replacement.
From the first contact to the final walk around CJ, roof team, and Stones River Roofing were exceptional in communications, professionalism, and providing excellent product at a reasonable price. Easy to provide 5 stars and a “Highly Recommend” for CJ, Roof Team, and Stones River Roofing!
