I had a very good experience with Storage Sense, I spoke with Fred and met with Jackie. Very nice people that helped me get the right size unit for my stuff. Very good communication and they thoroughly explained everything to me. I got my unit quickly! The unit was clean and easy to use! The facility is secure. And I felt the price was reasonable. I do recommend them for your storage needs.

All of a sudden, feels like every 3 months there's a price increase, the garages are not lighted nor are they climate control. Why is the price keep going up? Let me guess the diesel, and gas pricing going up! I find this to be unfair, as a paying customer, having to reboot it because costs keep going up.
I started paying at $89 a month now is up to $126 for a small unit.

I am renting an outdoor unit and started about 4 months ago. I will be away for a few weeks and I just got notified that my rates are DOUBLING! I understand an increase, but DOUBLING is ridiculous. I had a climate control unit with another company for less. I am leaving as fast as I can get out.

I only ended up at this storage facility because the unit I booked in Hershey was occupied, even though it said available online. I got a call from management at this location offering me a unit of the same size, for what I thought was the same price. They did offer to discount my first two months for the inconvenience, but the proceeded to discount the higher amount that this location charges, not the rate I paid in Hershey. So I ended up getting charged more than what was agreed, and it felt like I had to ask 2-3 times for them to look into it. The Harrisburg office didn’t understand that they charged me $244 per month, before the discount, when in Hershey it’s only $128. It was frustrating to say the least and I still have not received the updated invoice I was promised. Additionally, I had to wait until the next day to use my now relocated unit from Hershey, and when I went to access the gate my code was denied. So now I’m sitting at the gate trying to get ahold of someone and I keep getting transferred around until finally the Harrisburg manager calls me. She gives me her code and I’m able to get in finally. Even after all of this, I was still required to fill out the same paperwork I already filled out for my Hershey unit, which just added more time to my already tight schedule. All in all this was an unbearably difficult process over something that could’ve been fixed if they had a person verifying unit availability in Hershey.
