Waited for over 2 hours to pick up a U-Haul. The building was locked up and nobody answered the phone when I called and left messages. I finally contacted the regional U-Haul management who was able to secure a truck for me at another facility nearby. The employee at the other facility indicated this was not the first time this has happened. I did finally get a call back, over 2 hours after I picked up the truck at the other location.
