Came to tour the facility for my future storage needs and the staff was friendly and kind. The building its self is well kept and plenty of surveillance cameras to keep an eye on my belongings. I will definitely be back when the time is right

I wanted to reach out and share my appreciation for the team at the StorageMart location on Wornall.
Over the past few months, I spent many days at the facility moving items into storage. During that time, I was consistently impressed by Mary (the manager) and Susan. Whenever an issue arose, they addressed it immediately and resolved or cleaned it up as quickly as possible.
Their help and outstanding customer service made a significant difference throughout our move. Please pass along my sincere thanks to both Mary and Susan for all their hard work and support.
