Absolutely Disgusting Experience — Avoid This Storage Facility!
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I trusted this facility to keep my belongings safe, only to find out that my items had been damaged and messed up because of a mouse infestation. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. A storage facility is supposed to protect your belongings, not expose them to rodents and leave you dealing with the damage.
The lack of proper pest control and basic care is inexcusable. People pay their hard-earned money expecting their possessions to be stored in a clean, safe environment, not a place where mice can get in and ruin their things. The fact that my belongings were affected is beyond frustrating, and this experience has completely destroyed my trust in this facility.
If you value your belongings, think twice before storing anything here. No one should have to pay a company to store their possessions only to find them damaged by a preventable infestation. This experience has been nothing short of awful, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to take responsibility and do a much better job of maintaining their facility instead of allowing customers to suffer the consequences of their negligence.

I've worked with several different StorageMart locations and this place has the best site manager. Amy helped me with all my questions and made sure the process was smooth and easy!

I came in to inquire about a unit and staff went above and beyond to help me with all of the details. The actual facility its self is clean and well maintained. I appreciate all the information and will definitely be back to rent!
