Have been working with the STR Management team to help facilitate my rental aspirations and they have been a pleasure to work with. The response time of the team and their attention to detail has exceeded all expectations. Could not say more about Jessica and the team! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for management in the Austin area!
I used STR Management for their cleaning services for my Airbnb for four years prior to selling it this month. I can honestly say without them, I would not have been able to rent out my Airbnb. Their attention to detail, responsiveness and commitment made the process extremely easy, especially because we were frequently booked back to back. They used the Properly app and did a walk-through of my place before we rented it out the first time and every cleaning person would come in and take pictures after and make sure everything was exactly the way it was supposed to be. We got updates about when supplies were running low or if there were any issues. They were also great about doing unplanned cleaning and their calendar was linked to my Airbnb booking, so it was a very seamless experience for me. Shout out in particular to Connie who responded even on her day off if I accidentally texted her, and to Michael, Ken and Jody for their responsiveness. I highly recommend them.
This management team is outstanding. They are very qualified to manage any property with the highest standards and the crazy part is they are transparent on pricing, and dedicated to providing services that customers prefer, and show it by repat stays. Thank you STR, for the best services and prices in the vacation / property rental industry!

Really poor experience dealing with them. I wouldn't risk booking at one of their properties given their strict policies. For a booking at Motel Marfa there is zero refund if cancelled or modified within 14 days even if they re-sell your room. I became sick before my trip and my doctor advised me not to travel. They would not consider a refund, nor a credit for a future stay nor would they let me transfer it to someone else. The policy is extremely strict.
STR Management does a wonderful job of keeping your property in tip top shape. It's always a little scary to open up your home to visiting strangers but rest assured this professional team will keep your property in great shape!
this property management company confirmed and then demanded a deposit after arriving. Do not work with them. They use third party off of airbnbs base. Not trustworthy as well as Ayla specifically

They do bait and switch confirmation on air bnb and try to scam you for a deposit after you send money and confirm your air bnb very un professional and horrible experience
I had an excellent time at this Airbnb with my friends. I would recommend it to anyone who has a decent size group. We had no issues and would love to stay again. The host was very responsive to any issues I had and a pleasure to deal with!
Getting a group trip organized is no joke, so I’m glad the house setup made things a little easier for you all. The real win is if you guys managed to spend less time coordinating and more time actually exploring the city.
