Ms. Barbara is such a breath of fresh air. Streamline recently took over for former management company, and I must say, it feels good to be treated like a human being. She is kind and professional. She made me feel "heard" and "seen". I sincerely appreciate her prompt response and desire to accurately fix issues.

Might never recover from their construction zone lease around the pandemic.
Towards the end they played a nasty trick with the lease. It was not only greedy, it was completely evil. They would go as far as they could possibly get away with. They bled a lot of money out of me in the time I was at the construction zone.
No human should be subjected to those conditions, particularly combined with the blatant lease manipulation.
I thought I could hold out at the time, but I've been fighting for my life since and it started with their construction zone.

Dan - we're sorry to hear that this period was so difficult for you. For context, this tenancy ended in 2023, and we no longer manage the property. The construction during your tenancy was from a renovation of the building next door. This was outside both ours and the property owner's control, as the owner owned only 1 unit in the building. The building management notified residents in advance about the dust and noise and we understand that our team responded to repair requests, made site visits and kept all parties informed. Rent and lease terms are set by the property owner, not Streamline. We're sorry to hear about your experience and wish you the best.
