Professional people. Repair was done on time. Also made diagnostic tests on my car and gave me the lists of items needs to pay attention first and other issues with my car.

Stress free auto care is the best! They truly represent their name well. Every time I take my car for service, they make it so easy and so transparent. Not to mention, the staff is incredibly nice and respectful. I don’t take my car anywhere else!

I had heard great things about Stress Free Auto so I decided to take my Q4 Audi E-Tron to do a 40k inspection. The same inspection would have cost me triple the amount if I had taken it to the dealer (I purchased it with a limited warranty). I called on a Friday afternoon and expecting to be fit in possibly the following day or Monday and I was actually able to set up a same day appointment. My service rep Alonso assisted me right away as soon as I got there and I was offered a loaner car, which was so helpful and convenient. I was able to do some grocery shopping nearby as they serviced my vehicle. It was done and ready in about 2 hours. I will be taking my car back to get rear tires. 10/10!

The automotive repair business is under new management and the General Manager, Alonzo, and Service Advisor, Jesse, provided great customer service on 10/08/26. This was my first experience with the new team. I anticipate upgrading the rating to five stars at my next service.

Truly an incredible experience! I was visiting from Las Vegas when I had an issue with my radiator. Many places weren’t even open on Sunday, much less during Labor Day weekend, and finding somewhere I felt like I could truly trust was even harder. I called Stress-Free Auto Care, and from the moment they picked up the phone to book my appointment all the way through picking up my car, the entire experience was 10 out of 10.
The level of care, compassion, empathy, and transparency was 100% consistent throughout the entire experience. They walk you through every step of the process, send text updates and pictures showing exactly what’s going on, and nothing gets done without your approval. Everything they say they’re going to do, they do — and they do it with excellence.
On top of that, I called for the appointment that same day, and they were able to get the entire repair completed that day as well. To have a radiator issue come up unexpectedly during Labor Day weekend and have the car diagnosed, repaired, and back to me in one day was incredible.
What impressed me even more was their honesty. When I picked up the car, they let me know that the radiator originally quoted was a larger and more expensive version than what my vehicle actually needed. They proactively adjusted the price and knocked the difference off my bill. That says a lot about the integrity of a business.
Huge shoutout to Jason and his team for the impeccable service!
I highly, highly recommend Stress-Free Auto Care and would absolutely come back if I’m ever in town and need anything.
