Stress-Free Auto Care

I suggested to James Lund. to go to Stress-Free Auto Care for a second time! Reported all good things like: no cutting corners and competitive pricing ; plus a courtesy, complimentary ,Lyft-ride back to the shop when the vehicle was ready for safe driving.

Brought my 2023 RAV4 in for a brake squeak. The service was very organized, transparent, and professional — they provided a clear inspection report, told me straight the brakes were safe with nothing urgent, and left the fix decision to me with no pressure.

The team was professional and very detailed. The price was right and they did not give me a hard time for not doing all the recommended services. Excellent Service and will take all my cars there going forward.

- Came in for engine light and got back with engine light still on after paying $6,800 with $500 discount, total was $7,300 for my 2006 Toyota Sienna LE. (The car itself probably worths $4,000 today). - Finally got the car fixed and the second repair fee waived. Staff was friendly and service was good when they were able to identify the real cause.

It was great to get updates throughout the time that the job was being done. Super friendly service as well.

Took my. Car in with piece of mine. Everything was mostly done that was agreed apon. Minus the new curb rash on one of my wheels in front. I was pleased by the service and speed.

I have trusted the mechanics of Stress-Free Auto Care / Tires Unlimited for more than 30 years, and they are the best shop I have ever dealt with every visit. They have serviced all the vehicles I have owned, including regular inspections, routine maintenance, and oil changes, warranty work and they have provided me… Read full review

had a great experience with this shop. They fixed my car quickly and made the whole process completely stress-free. The quality of the parts and work was solid, and everything was explained clearly What really stood out was how much they went out of their way to help they even arranged and paid for an Uber so I… Read full review

I had a really good experience here. I initially brought my car in for an oil change and a brake inspection. They did a thorough digital vehicle inspection and actually found some extra issues I wasn't aware of. Because of the additional work, it took a little longer than I originally thought it would, but I really… Read full review

Amazing experience. Friendly service from beginning to end. Stress-Free Auto Care truly is a stress free place.

The service uses the technology in a very professional way. You are able to observe what is going on as if you were staying near your car. Pictures, reports, and process steps are posted through SMS and emails during working on your car. By the way, the cost is quite reasonable so you should not miss it if you want to get a hassle-free service.

Have brought 2 of my XL cargo vans to get work done. So far they’ve done a very well job. I trust their work. Will be back. Thanks to the team

Their texting system and complimentary service check saves a ton of time. I love how they give you access to their shop cam, too. Gene and the rest of the crew are awesome and go out of their way to accommodate anything that comes up.

Really great service, super nice staff and affordable rates. Highly recommended!

Not many auto shops work on classic cars these days however this shop does and I will continue to bring my cars to this shop. Gene's customer service is the best!

They really do take a lot of the stress and guesswork out of car repair, an experienc I've been craving since I first started driving.

Always pleasant and professional, they get the job done! Gene and all the lads are really pleasant to do business with. We've been coming here for years, and it's more affordable than the impersonal dealership. They are both efficient and calm. It makes a necessary chore pleasant! Thank you Gene!

Gene is at Stevens Creek Blvd location in San Jose and really cares about the customer...he made certain that my car was road worthy....safe and in the best condition before it left the shop. My Master Cylinder was failing....which the shop I had taken it to 1 month previous, ( to be checked out because I'm a… Read full review

Transparent and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back

I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. They are very reliable, honest, and super easy to work with.

Fast , prompt service.Great communication throughout the entire process.

Service was fast, efficient and hassle free. Chris was the associate that helped me and was very friendly. Service was quick and labor cost was high but that is usual for a car place .

Yes, I needed some fixing: new tires plus brakes plus tracking down an oil leak. I am extremely happy with the service and my new tires! Thank you Tires Unlimited: It was definitely a Stress-Free experience.

This shop has been my standing mechanic team for many years. I only marked "brakes" because that's what we did this week; but they've been keeping all our cars over the years in such good health. They provide good sense advice; they offer options when there's options to be looked at; if someone can't afford… Read full review

I have had a few things done here and they have been amazing every time. They are honest and straight forward with what needs to be done and the associated costs as well and I never feel like I'm getting ripped off here like I do at other shops. On top of the great services and prices they do not move your drivers… Read full review

Great job, great communication, great customer service!

Good job! Fixed the problem. Gene is great to work with!

A very thorough "see for yourself" assessment of vehicles inspections and the low-stress room you have to determine what and when you want the work accomplished gives you total peace of mind that you are getting true quality service. And, you can always get a printout of the service record, if you are a private seller of your automobile.

I have been getting my Pathfinder serviced at Tires Unlimited/ Stress-free auto care for more than 4 years now. Mostly I have been working with Gene. I really trust these guys. Although sometimes I felt they are a little pricey, but after researching online for the services they performed, it was not the case. I can… Read full review

Fast and convenient service. Great prices on tires, and they can order it for you. I installed my 2nd pair of Continental Extreme Contact DWS 06 (I chose DWS 6 Plus this time, a newer model). I drove on the first pair for almost four years and 41k miles, and all those years, I got a free rotation, and I did the oil… Read full review
